Delete Account

You can delete your Inivo account from inside the mobile app.

To request deletion:

1. Open the Inivo app.
2. Go to your account settings.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the app.

What happens to your data

Account deletion removes or schedules deletion of associated personal data according to our Privacy Policy, subject to legally required retention.

Deleting your Inivo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that subscription in your app store account if you do not want to be charged again.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing info@asunatech.com from the email address connected to your Inivo account.
